All about your Feet

Love your feet!

This is a practical workshop focussing on the anatomy of the foot and the role it plays in whole body health.

Learn how to assess faulty movement patterns and to make simple corrections for improved function.

This can be applied to your daily movements, exercise program and personal practise.

We will look at common issues relating to lack of movement, self care and when to seek help.

Spending time with your feet is time well spent!
